VOID PRIVATEERS

ONE SENTENCE
Command a spacefaring sailing ship, line up tactical broadsides, and prepare your next voyage in a lunar port, with optional voice commands for your crew.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Void Privateers is a third-person space combat game about commanding a heavy sailing ship among asteroids. Bring your guns to bear, choose your altitude, and time your broadsides around cover and enemy fire. In the lunar port, fit weapons and equipment before returning to space. Fly with manual controls or supplement them with optional voice commands.

EXTENDED DESCRIPTION
Void Privateers puts you at the helm of a sailing ship built for space. Your ship carries guns along both sides, so positioning matters: turning a broadside toward an opponent is a commitment, and a nearby asteroid can interrupt a promising shot. Manage the momentum of a heavy vessel, move between three altitude levels, and look for a clear firing line through the rocks.

In the lunar port, visit its inhabitants and prepare your ship in the outfitting screen, choosing equipment for individual mounting points. Weapons serve different purposes: plasma volleys travel toward their targets, while frost weapons can build up cold and temporarily freeze an enemy ship's propulsion. Shields, hull condition, and the time between salvos shape the next decision.

Manual controls remain the foundation. Optional voice commands let you issue orders to the crew while you steer and watch the fight. Space fauna and asteroid passages give the voyage a setting beyond the opposing ship.

FEATURES
- Tactical broadsides: turn the ship to bring a bank of guns into a clear firing position.
- Three altitude levels: change height through physical space while maneuvering around obstacles.
- Distinct weapons: traveling plasma volleys and cold buildup reward different attack choices.
- Lunar-port preparation: inspect your ship and fit weapons and equipment at individual mounting points.
- Optional crew voice commands: supplement manual flight and weapon controls with spoken orders.
